Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and bd15 ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). • Withdrawal requests are processed within an average of 15 minutes during standard operating hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or if additional verification is required.
• bd15 requires that all wagering requirements attached to any active bonus are met in full before a withdrawal request will be processed. Attempting to withdraw while a bonus is active and its wagering requirement is unmet will result in the forfeiture of the bonus amount.

8. Intellectual Property
